Rate limits

AnyLogo is free to use without a key. Keyless usage is governed by a fair-use policy rather than hard per-second quotas.

Fair use, no key

Normal product usage — logos in img tags across your app, company lookups as users browse — is well within fair use, and heavy caching means most of your traffic never even reaches the API. You don’t need to register, meter yourself, or think about quotas.

What fair use doesn’t cover is sustained bulk extraction: hammering the API to copy large portions of the dataset. That kind of traffic may be throttled to keep the service fast for everyone else.

API keys — coming soon

For teams that need guaranteed higher limits, API keys are coming soon via the dev portal at app.anylogo.dev. Keys will come with explicit quotas, usage visibility, and priority over keyless traffic.

Until then, if you’re planning something unusually large, build it against the keyless API — existing integrations will keep working unchanged when keys arrive.
